About Brigitte & Joseph

We are a mom and son team on a mission to empower moms raising children with autism with hope, inspiration, and knowledge.

We do this work through our book, podcast, my life coaching practice, and speaking engagements.

We started out on this autism journey 31 years ago—me, Brigitte as a caretaker and my son Joseph as a child diagnosed with autism.

We learned so much over the last 3 decades and we want to share what we know to make the road easier for moms embarking on this journey.

We share our story to give hope because I needed it so much when I started my journey.

We do this to empower moms.

We also do this because we know empowering moms means empowering their kids on the spectrum.

Read My Book, A Mother’s Guide Through Autism.

Discover How to prevent overwhelm, burnout, and develop self-compassion on your autism parenting journey.

I condensed what I learned in my 31-year journey into this simple guidebook for mothers raising children with autism.

I share my insights and wisdom in this short but powerful book so you can overcome the challenges of the autism parenting journey.

This book will teach you how to handle the chaos and enjoy the life you have.
